Hello! My name is Lisa Richards. I am a mother, nana, sister, aunt and wife. I am so excited to share my young readers’ book(s) with you!

I have always been a creative soul and thrive on creating things that start with a thought and eventually see them come to fruition. Whether it be creating floral decorations, sewing a wedding canopy, or writing children’s stories, if I can create something beautiful, 

I am a happy camper! 

I have always enjoyed working with children and reading to my own. Now I have been blessed with beautiful grandchildren to read to also.

Children are so important. They are our future!  Children should be honored and cherished and told how loved they are! I hope to pass my care and love for children through my stories.

I have written several fun and meaningful stories for children but my first published story is my favorite: Stars and Stripes. 

The story is about teaching our young children to recognize the American flag, the concept of patriotism, honoring our great flag of freedom and cherishing our great Country.  I hope that every child in America will recite the pledge with hope, 

honor and faith in what our country represents...FREEDOM!
